This position has full responsibility and leadership for inventory levels and product availability metrics. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Personally exhibits, recruits and coaches associates consistent with Core BehaviorsResponsible for promoting culture of safetyManages all aspects of inventory control (e.g. purchasing, inventory level management, etc.)Manages purchase order acknowledgement and expedite processMakes recommendations to improve productivity, quality and efficiency of operationsOversees and resolves issues regarding existing and new productsResponsible for driving a healthy inventory portfolio through managing team inventory levelsResponsible for streamlining the order placement, acknowledgement and expedite processes to improve efficiencies throughout the overall supply chain.Responsible for managing and driving improved team product availability levels.Responsible for providing training and development for team members. Including, but not limited to, providing performance evaluations and implementing training plans by role.Perform other duties as assigned Perform work in accordance to ISO processes and proceduresQUALIFICATIONS:Excellent oral and written communication skillsProficient with required software programsProficient at problems solvingProficient time management and organizational skillsFamiliar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and proceduresSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:Direct supervisory responsibility. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:Bachelor degree required5 to 7 years of experience in a related field requiredCERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:None requiredWORK ENVIRONMENT:Employee is regularly required to speak and understand English, stand, walk, sit, use hand to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms.
