Proactively solve problems for customersBuild and sustain positive customer relationshipsProvide and coordinate technical support as neededSupport and expand onsite sales and service Communicate customer and market issues to company managementPerform other duties as assignedPerform all work in accordance to ISO processes and procedures QUALIFICATIONS:High levels of product knowledgeExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExcellent interpersonal skillsCompetent with the use of computer software specific to the operation SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:No direct supervisory responsibility. May provide indirect supervisory input.EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:High School diploma requiredBachelor’s degree in a related field preferred2-5 years’ experience in a similar position required in Industrial SalesPrevious sales or customer service experience preferredCERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:None requiredWORK ENVIRONMENT:Employee is regularly required to speak and understand English, stand, walk, sit, use hand to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms.
