Summer Camp Golf Counselor

Position Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and responsible Summer Camp Golf Counselors to join our team. Counselors will lead and assist in various activities, ensuring campers have a memorable and enjoyable experience. The ideal candidates are energetic, patient, and passionate about working with children.   

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• Supervise and engage campers (ages 5-14) in daily golf activities.
• Foster a positive and inclusive camp environment.
• Assist in planning and leading games, activities, and special events.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all campers.
• Encourage teamwork, sportsmanship, and creativity.
• Communicate effectively with campers, parents, and fellow staff members.
• Enforce camp rules and guidelines to maintain a structured program.
• Provide first aid and respond to emergencies as needed.

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

• Previous experience working with children in a camp, coaching, or recreational setting preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to be active and outdoors for extended periods.
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Must pass a background check.
