In this seasonal position you will be involved with all facets of club operations. You will have opening and closing duties, shop time checking in members, and outside golf operations duties. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who wants a career in golf. We can help mentor and train you for success while making the operation at Blackhawk Country Club the best golf experience.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily golf shop operations, including tee time management, merchandising, and point-of-sale systems.
- Provide outstanding member service to members and their guests, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
- Support tournament operations, including planning, setup, execution, and scoring.
- Maintain a clean, organized golf shop and manage inventory and sales.
- Keeping locker rooms clean and organized
- Enforce club policies and monitor the pace of play on the course.
- Collaborate with other staff and departments to ensure a seamless golf and social experience for members.

Compensation:
- $24-$27/hour BOE
Requirements
Requirements:
- PGA Member or interest in pursuing PGA Membership
- Knowledge of Golf Genius Tournament Management software
- Previous experience in golf operations or customer service.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of POS systems (e.g., Club Prophet) is a plus.
- Passion for the game and a commitment to professional development.
