Warehouse Associate

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient warehouse operations, including inventory management, shipping and receiving, and materials handling. This position requires a strong focus on maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory control processes to ensure accurate stock levels.
• Operate various warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and reach trucks.
• Perform heavy lifting and materials handling tasks as required.
• Assist in the loading and unloading of shipments, ensuring proper handling of goods.
• Order picking and inventory tracking
• Participate in staging and labeling products for shipment.
• Collaborate with team members to fulfill orders accurately and efficiently.
• Support warehouse associates and office staff in daily operations and contribute to team goals.

Skills

• Proven experience in warehouse or distribution environments.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems
• Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse machinery safely.
• Experience with order fulfillment processes, including picking, staging, & palletizing
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate order processing.
• Capability to perform heavy lifting as part of daily responsibilities.
• Previous experience in manufacturing or construction settings is a plus.

We are currently looking for a candidate with the possibility of obtaining or has a CDL license for flexibility in deliveries.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
