What are the responsibilities and job description for the Whatnot Show Coordinator position at BlackFox LLC?
We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Coordinator to support our growing Whatnot show operation. Our show runs 3–4 times per week, selling clothing, shoes, and other items. While you won’t be on-camera, you’ll be an essential part of keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities
- Shipping & Fulfillment: Handle packing, shipping, and labeling for all orders.
- Inventory Organization: Sort, fold, and organize incoming clothes, shoes, and accessories.
- Receiving & Storage: Unload pallets, move boxes (up to 50 lbs) down 10 stairs into the basement warehouse, and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Software & Labeling: Use Whatnot’s seller software to print and manage shipping labels.
- Logistics & Communication: Drop off shipments at the post office and communicate with buyers or team members through the Whatnot app.
- Miscellaneous Tasks: Help with prep work before shows and assist with product setup as needed.

- Physically fit enough to lift/move boxes up to 50 lbs.
- Tech-savvy or willing to learn Whatnot’s platform and basic shipping tools.

Pay: $16.00 - $23.00 per hour
