This is a full-time, on-site role for a Program Manager, Strategic Initiatives, located in Missoula, MT. This position involves planning, designing, and overseeing the implementation of strategic initiatives to achieve organizational objectives. The Program Manager will work collaboratively across departments, coordinate resources, monitor project progress, and ensure successful completion within scope, time, and budget. The role includes identifying risks, proposing solutions, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders to align outcomes with business goals.

• Strong Program and Project Management experience, including planning, coordination, and execution of complex initiatives
• Proficiency in Strategic Planning, Problem-Solving, and Data Analysis
• Experience in Cross-Functional Team Leadership and Stakeholder Management
• Excellent Communication, Collaboration, and Interpersonal Skills
• Proven ability to prioritize, organize work, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
• Experience with technology implementation or telecommunications is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field is preferred
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile, or Six Sigma) are a plus
