Foreman In Training

Location: Hartford, SD

Pay: $50k Annually

Full-Time / Year Round

What You'll Do

• Train with intent on becoming next foreman
• Work on a 3 man crew
• Load materials, tools, and equipment for each job
• Travel to the customer’s home to install steel rods/anchor plates/braces, push piers, drain tile, sump pumps, and more.
• Follow all applicable safety guidelines at all times
• Install each job using company-approved and quality-driven methods
• Unload and clean the truck upon return to the company
  
  

What We Need From You

• Construction Experience Required, Leadership experience is a plus!
• MUST HAVE a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record
• Ability to travel
• Unrestricted lifting ability
• Strong communication skills
• Regular and punctual attendance
• Ability to work overtime if needed
