What You’ll Do
- Prepare and review individual and business tax returns with a high degree of accuracy and timeliness
- Apply fundamental principles of tax law and standardized tax preparation procedures to more complex tax matters
- Provide tax and accounting-related consulting services to clients
- Maintain and strengthen client relationships through professional, responsive communication
- Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive, engaged work environment
- Ensure compliance with all Firm, Federal, and State regulations, policies, and procedures
- Analyze financial statements and apply strong general accounting knowledge
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting (required)
- 4–7 years of tax experience, preferably in public accounting
- CPA license or progress toward CPA strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
