Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced System Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing designing implementing and maintaining computer systems and applications to meet business requirements.

Essential Duties

System Analysis : Analyze business needs and identify opportunities for process improvements through technological solutions.
System Design : Design and propose system solutions including hardware software and network components.
System Implementation : Implement and configure system solutions ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
System Maintenance : Troubleshoot and resolve system issues performing routine maintenance tasks to ensure system uptime and performance.
Requirements Gathering : Elicit and document business requirements from stakeholders ensuring that system solutions meet business needs.
Testing and Quality Assurance : Develop and execute test plans to ensure system quality and functionality.
Documentation : Maintain accurate and uptodate documentation of system configurations processes and procedures.
Communication : Collaborate with stakeholders including business users IT staff and vendors to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
System Admin : Duties may include server administration tasks domain / DNS tasks Administrating user / domain security and ITIL ticketing. The system analyst will provide support for critical systems 24x7 oncall rotation is required. Some weekend work is required. Support may require onpremises work at times.
Compliance and Standards Assurance : Ensure that all aspects of the data migration comply with system standards including data management and security. Establish protocols for data integrity privacy and compliance with federal and state regulations such as HIPAA if applicable. This task also involves setting up validation and auditing processes to maintain data integrity postmigration.
PostMigration Support and Optimization : Facilitate the smooth transition to the new system by providing strategic oversight and support postmigration. This includes training endusers preparing comprehensive system documentation and recommending strategies for optimizing system performance based on feedback and performance metrics.
AWS Cloud Migration (if applicable) Apply information security threat intelligence to identify and exploit vulnerabilities within different environments. Perform analysis of onprem and cloud security and monitor security operations including security architecture reviews daily. Our ideal candidate understands regulatory requirements has indepth knowledge of industry standards and trends and is proficient with the latest cybersecurity software. Daily interacts with all aspects of IT responsible for the management of DevSecOps.

Qualifications

Bachelor s degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in system analysis design implementation and maintenance experience.

At least 1 year of experience working with the Government Agency.

Utilizing InterSystems Cach Database Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server SQL and database scripting to facilitate effective data migration processes. Also Skill in using EXCEL or other spreadsheet software.

Experience in documenting business process flows and standardizes existing and future processes flow improvements by conducting data collection and meetings with the subject matter experts to gain full understanding of system usability and documenting.

Business analysis including reviewing analyzing and evaluating user requirements operational procedures and identifying solutions to automate processes or enhance systems functionality.

Resolving complex datarelated issues using robust analytical skills and logical problemsolving approaches.

Preparing specifications for data input / output processes.

Exceptional oral and written communication skills essential for producing clear project documentation and engaging effectively with stakeholders.

Strong interpersonal abilities to lead diverse teams and inspire high productivity and collaboration among team members.

Indepth knowledge of current IT industry trends and market insights applying them strategically within the organization.

Architectural concepts principles and tools relevant to infrastructure information systems applications and organizational structure.

Emerging technologies both those new to the company and those advancing in the IT industry.

The location should be within Texas state or should be able to relocate to Texas after the acceptance of the offer.

Preferred

Cloud certifications : Certification in cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or GCP.

Prior experience with SaaS model EHR systems and cloud data migrations.

Familiarity with the existing and planned software technology and the global regional and local software architecture and infrastructure components.

Experience in regulatory compliance and data security related to healthcare or educational data.

Database management systems and data migration particularly in healthcare EHR systems such as Netsmart myAvatar.

Technical Skills

Programming languages : Proficiency in languages such as Java Python C# or similar.

Database management : Experience with database management systems such as Oracle Microsoft SQL Server or MySQL.

Operating Systems : Knowledge of Windows Linux or Unix operating systems.

Cloud platforms : Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

IT service management : Understanding of IT service management frameworks such as ITIL.

Soft Skills

Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Problemsolving : Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.

Collaboration : Ability to work effectively with crossfunctional teams.

Time management : Strong organizational and time management skills.

Adaptability : Ability to adapt to changing business requirements and priorities.

Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a strong preference for experience in the data consulting services industry. In-depth knowledge of Data Engineering and Data Consulting services. Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools. Bachelor\'s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
