Position Overview
Blackbird Worldwide Corp is seeking an experienced, professional, and service-oriented Senior Chauffeur to join our luxury ground transportation team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience providing executive transportation services to corporate clients and possess exceptional knowledge of the New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut (Tri-State) area.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide safe, reliable, and professional transportation services for corporate executives, VIPs, and high-profile clients.
- Maintain the highest standards of customer service, discretion, and professionalism at all times.
- Perform airport pickups and drop-offs, including familiarity with procedures at JFK, LaGuardia, Newark Liberty, Teterboro, and private aviation terminals (FBOs).
- Monitor traffic, flight schedules, and route conditions to ensure timely arrivals and departures.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and readiness to company standards.
- Assist clients with luggage and other transportation-related needs.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, operations staff, and clients.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and local traffic laws.
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 years of professional chauffeur experience in executive, corporate, or luxury transportation services.
- Proven experience transporting corporate executives, VIPs, and business travelers.
- Extensive knowledge of the Tri-State Area (New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut), including Manhattan, major business districts, airports, hotels, and event venues.
- Strong understanding of airport procedures, flight tracking, and meet-and-greet services.
- Excellent driving record and valid driver's license.
- Professional appearance, strong communication skills, and exceptional customer service abilities.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Residence within reasonable proximity to Manhattan or Northern New Jersey.
- Candidates living close to Manhattan will be given preference.
- Must have access to secure off-street parking for a company SUV at their residence, or a secure parking facility within walking distance of their home.
- Experience operating luxury SUVs and executive transportation vehicles.
