My client is looking for an ERP Manager to lead ERP implementations and associated projects across their entire enterprise. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop, plan and implement ERP deployments and upgrade projects
- End User training and support
- Lead contract negotiations and manage relationships with 3rd party partners and consultants.
- Support ERP environments - Support information systems to assure smooth, professional and cost-effective operation of ERP systems
- Lead and coordinate with ERP Team members
- System Analysis - Review of hosted and on-prem ERP servers and resources that are employed
- System Administration and Controls – Ensure timely resolution to help desk support tickets and end user management issues, passwords, permissions, new user setup
- Customizations and Enhancements - Ensure enhancements, development of customizations, modification of forms, custom SQL queries, and other related processes are controlled and documented. Manage and utilize 3rd party consultants as needed to complete customizations.
- Audit Requirements – Respond to audit requests on IT system standards and policies surrounding ERP maintenance, security, and administration.
- Coordinate Domo BI initiatives as part of business process optimization in conjunction with ERP and other software
- Create and manage project and annual ERP budgets
- Moderate to extensive travel required for ERP implementations, upgrades and support
Education, Skills, and/or Experience
To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology and Information Systems, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience to offset educational requirements.
- Demonstrated strong leadership, organizational, communication, and time management skills
- Strong project management skills and experience managing and implementing large to medium IT/ERP projects spanning across multiple sites
- Proficient in various ERP software packages, with Epicor and/or SyteLine experience preferred along with underlying SQL software support
- Comprehension of ERP modifications and enhancements in hosted and on-prem single and multi-site environments
- Ability to analyze and understand business requirements along with technical design and implementation
- Industry exposure to Manufacturing environments and full Order to Cash and Procure to Pay business cycles
- Understanding of IT definitions such as API, system integrations, and general software programming terminology with ERP a plus.
Salary : $125,000 - $140,000
