About the Role
Blackbird Solutions is building a new kind of relationship-driven outreach team — people who thrive on making connections, building communities, and creating opportunity through conversation.
As an Influence Builder / Community Coordinator, you’ll work directly with our founder and leadership network to grow authentic relationships across the region. You’ll engage with warm contacts from our business radio show (The Fargo Five), our networking communities, and our partner organizations. This is a role for someone who loves people, thinks strategically, and knows how to turn small interactions into long-term relationships.
This is a commission-based, independent contractor position. You’ll start by helping expand our network and supporting outreach efforts, with a path toward small base pay or stipend after you demonstrate consistent productivity.
What You’ll Do
- Reach out to warm contacts through text, email, and social platforms.
- Help coordinate networking events and professional groups.
- Engage past guests and members from our business and community networks.
- Promote partner services such as branding, bookkeeping, and local business memberships.
- Assist with data entry, CRM updates, and follow-up tracking.
- Learn professional networking and outreach systems directly from our founder.
- Optional: observe selected business and real estate functions for learning and exposure only.
