- Coordinates pre-arrival activities, spa services, and dining times with guests
- Serves as a point of contact for guests to inform them of special happenings during their stay and to answer any questions they may have
- Maintains the guest database and gathers and tracks guest information and preferences
- Works closely with the Gift Shop team to restock merchandise and assist guests with sales
- Demonstrates proficiency in computer and software skills, including POS, Inventory systems, Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Assists with monthly inventory of shops, storage areas, and satellite retail locations
- Reviews daily activity traces and confirms information with other departments
- Audits activity and spa bookings to ensure accuracy
- Communicates accurately with other team members and departments regarding guest information and preferences
