We are hiring a skilled Lawn Care Technician for a quality-focused lawn and landscape maintenance company. This position is for experienced operators only.
We run efficient routes, maintain high standards, and expect crew members to work independently and take ownership of their results.
If you cannot already produce straight mowing lines or confidently handle a truck and trailer, this position is not a fit.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Commercial and residential lawn mowing
- Mulch installations
- Spring and fall cleanups
- Shrub trimming and property maintenance
Minimum Requirements (Read Carefully)
Applicants must already be able to:
- Operate commercial zero-turn mowers professionally
- Cut straight, consistent mowing lines
- Back and maneuver a trailer safely
- Maintain pace on a production-focused crew
- Work outdoors in heat, rain, and physical conditions
- Arrive on time and ready to work daily
We hire experienced technicians only. Applicants must be able to demonstrate professional mowing quality and equipment operation from day one.
Pay
- $20/hour base pay
- Performance-based pay system (Pay for Performance)
- Crew members earn a percentage of completed work; higher efficiency and quality increase earnings
- Strong performers consistently earn above base pay
