Blackbaud is looking for an experienced product manager to launch and scale our brand-new agentic Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions. In this role, you will join Blackbaud’s Agentic AI team and be responsible for taking our first agentic product to market, building a short- to medium-term roadmap for improvement, and leading the development and launch of future agentic products. The starting base pay is $117,200.00 to $157,500.00. Blackbaud may pay more or less based on employee qualifications, market value, Company finances, and other operational considerations.

About The Role

What You’ll Do
- Drive the development and launch of Blackbaud agentic AI products from concept to market readiness.
- Develop and own the product roadmap, balancing customer needs with business objectives.
- Engage deeply with customers to understand their needs, pain points, and desired outcomes. Translate insights into product features and enhancements that deliver measurable value.
- Partner with engineering, design, program management, and other stakeholders to execute product strategy and deliver high-impact solutions.
- Work closely with GTM and Sales teams to ensure product positioning, messaging, and readiness align with customer needs and business goals.
- Build rapport with internal and external stakeholders, inspiring teams with a can-do attitude in a fast-moving environment.
- Own multiple product initiatives, guiding teams from ideation through validation, delivery, and delight. Prioritize product backlogs and ensure timely, high-quality releases.
- Track product metrics, analyze customer outcomes, and iterate on features and processes to drive step-function improvements in satisfaction and adoption.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitive offerings to ensure Blackbaud’s agentic AI solutions remain differentiated and valuable.
- 8 years’ experience in Product Management, ideally with exposure to AI, automation, or SaaS platforms.
- Proven success in leading 0-to-1 product launches and scaling early-stage products.
- Experience managing the maturation of platforms that support machine learning or automation at scale.
- Strong communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to run multiple initiatives and interact with all levels of an organization.
- Data-driven decision-making and financial acumen.
- Experience with agile development practices, methodologies, and tools.
- Familiarity with data management and analytics tools.
- Passion for social impact and empowering mission-driven organizations.
