About BLACKBARN Hudson Valley: We are a signature John Doherty restaurant (sister to the BLACKBARN Restaurant in NoMad, NYC) that showcases the best of the region’s produce and culinary expertise under the direction of Executive Chef Marcos Castro. Our farm-to-table menu focuses on seasonal ingredients sourced from local farmers, ensuring the freshest and highest quality dining experience for our guests. With a sophisticated yet welcoming ambiance, BLACKBARN Hudson Valley offers a unique blend of rustic charm and modern elegance. We provide exquisite cuisine and exceptional service in our gorgeous barn-inspired dining room, our terrace overlooking the Esopus Waterfall and in our three private dining rooms.

JOB POSITIONS:

Experienced Servers: We are looking for servers with a minimum of 2 years experience. As a server at BLACKBARN HV, you will be responsible for providing attentive and personalized service to our guests, guiding them through our menu offerings (including wines and spirits) and ensuring a memorable dining experience.

Bussers: We are seeking experienced bussers who are detail-oriented, efficient and have a strong work ethic. Your responsibilities will include setting and resetting tables, assisting servers, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dining area.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Prior experience preferred for both positions.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage service procedures and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations while maintaining a positive and friendly attitude.
- A passion for exceptional customer service and a genuine desire to create memorable dining experiences.
