About BYEN: The Black Youth Empowerment Network (BYEN) is a national, youth-led 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to empowering Black youth through leadership development, civic engagement, and community empowerment. This is not a passive role. You will build community, protect member experience, and ensure that every person who joins BYEN feels the full weight of what this organization can offer them.
