- Provide specialized critical care nursing in an ICU setting, ensuring patient safety and quality care.
- Manage and monitor critically ill patients, administering treatments, medications, and interventions as prescribed.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient conditions, treatments, and progress.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare standards, protocols, and safety regulations.
- Prepare for and participate in patient assessments, procedures, and emergency responses.
- Complete necessary credentialing, testing, and documentation for onboarding.
- Current RN license with ICU/Critical Care experience.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and critical thinking abilities.
- Compliance with health screening, background checks, and credentialing requirements.
