Responsibilities
- Monitor and assess patients requiring close observation but not in ICU.
- Utilize monitoring equipment to track cardiac and vital signs, detect changes, and enable timely interventions.
- Manage complex medications, including titration based on patient vitals.
- Active RN license and degree from an accredited nursing program.
- BLS and ACLS certifications.
- At least 18 months of recent experience in an Acute Care PCU/Step-down setting.
- Ability to closely monitor patients and respond to emergencies.
