- Provide care for adult patients before and after surgical procedures and those receiving pharmaceutical treatments.
- Complete physician-assigned tasks, administer medications, and provide routine and post-surgical care.
- Assess patient health changes and perform treatments accordingly.
- Maintain meticulous documentation to ensure continuity of care among healthcare team members.
- Active RN license and degree from an accredited nursing program.
- BLS certification.
- At least 18 months of recent experience in an Acute Care Med/Surg setting.
- Strong assessment, medication administration, and documentation skills.
- Perform assigned medical tasks and treatments.
- Monitor and respond to patient health status changes.
- Ensure accurate documentation for seamless patient care.
