• Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult patients on medical-surgical units
• Assess patient conditions, develop care plans, and monitor progress
• Administer medications and treatments following protocols
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families on health management and recovery
