Maintain compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and standards, while fostering a positive patient experience and teamwork.
Qualifications: Nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s degree), active RN license in good standing, CPR certification (obtained during orientation if not current), with preferred experience in skilled nursing.
Skills: Excellent customer service, good judgment, reasoning skills, and effective interdisciplinary communication.
Key Duties: Implement department policies, interpret programs and procedures, and contribute to team goals, ensuring high-quality patient care and safety.
