Registered Nurse - Full Time - Day Shift

Position Overview

This role involves utilizing the nursing process to provide comprehensive patient care in a short-term inpatient psychiatric facility for adults. The RN evaluates care effectiveness, coordinates with multidisciplinary teams, maintains patient rights and confidentiality, and ensures care aligns with organizational standards and values.

Responsibilities

• Assess and plan patient care based on individual needs.
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress and adjust care plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, social workers, and other medical staff.
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold patient confidentiality.
• Ensure safety and quality standards are met in care delivery.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current RN licensure in the state or compact license.
• American Heart Association Healthcare Provider CPR certification or completion within probation.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical skills.
