Responsibilities
- Assess and plan patient care based on individual needs.
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress and adjust care plans accordingly.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, social workers, and other medical staff.
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold patient confidentiality.
- Ensure safety and quality standards are met in care delivery.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure in the state or compact license.
- American Heart Association Healthcare Provider CPR certification or completion within probation.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical skills.
