Role: Registered Nurse providing quality patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care plans in collaboration with the care team. Acts as a key liaison between patients, families, and healthcare providers, ensuring patient advocacy, safety, and satisfaction.
Responsibilities: Monitor and evaluate patient conditions, deliver safe and effective care, maintain documentation, and support performance improvement initiatives. Promote patient- and family-centered care, communicate effectively, and contribute to a positive work environment.
Qualifications & Skills: Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred; active RN license (single-state or multi-state). Certifications in BLS are required. Demonstrates professionalism, leadership, and commitment to ongoing development. Fosters mentorship and supports organizational standards and policies.
Key Duties: Ensure compliance with safety, confidentiality, and professional standards; participate in quality improvement; and support shared governance and organizational initiatives. Performs other duties as assigned to enhance patient outcomes and team effectiveness.
