Registered Nurse - Cardiac Transplant and LVAD

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse - LVAD Cardiac Transplant to join our specialized cardiac team in Clackamas, Oregon. In this role, you will provide comprehensive pre-operative and post-operative care to patients undergoing LVAD implantation and cardiac transplants.

Responsibilities Include

• Assessing patient conditions and developing individualized care plans
• Monitoring vital signs, device function, and clinical status
• Providing patient education on device management and post-transplant care
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Responding promptly to emergencies and complications
• Documenting patient progress and maintaining accurate medical records
