- Document care accurately in Electronic Health Records (EHRs).
- Collaborate with families and the clinical team to ensure quality care.
- Engage in ongoing training to enhance clinical skills.
- Current RN licensure.
- Experience with pediatric and adult patient care preferred.
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage ventilators, tracheostomies, and feeding tubes.
