Responsibilities Include
- Providing skilled nursing care to pediatric patients, primarily toddlers, with low acuity and GTube needs
- Ensuring patient safety and comfort through clinical assessments and interventions
- Documenting care electronically using provided tablets in patients' homes
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver personalized care
- Supporting patient and family education and engagement
- Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state
- Current CPR certification with hands-on component (training available post-hire)
- TB skin test within the last 12 months
- Reliable transportation
- Six months of hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
- Flexible scheduling including full-time, part-time, or PRN shifts, with options for days, nights, and weekends
