- Provide patient-centered care via office visits, telehealth, and same-day appointments.
- Perform assessments, interpret labs/imaging, diagnose conditions, and develop personalized treatment plans including lifestyle, supplements, and prescriptions.
- Educate and empower patients on preventive and functional medicine principles.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary support staff and contribute to team initiatives.
- Maintain accurate documentation in the EHR and support clinic operations.
