We are seeking a dedicated Primary Care Physician to join our healthcare team in Louisville, KY. In this role, you will provide comprehensive primary care services, including preventive care, diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic illnesses for diverse patient populations.

Responsibilities Include

• Conducting patient examinations and obtaining medical histories
• Developing individualized treatment plans and providing ongoing patient education
• Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests
