Qualifications & Skills
- 48 college credits or associate degree
- Experience working with children with special needs and personal care
- Passion for special education
- Proficiency in English, U.S. work authorization
- CPR and First Aid certification (training provided)
- Ability to stand, move, lift up to 20 lbs, and respond quickly
- Previous experience in special education or related roles (behavioral technician, PCA, crisis prevention training) is preferred
