Requirements include
- graduation from an accredited LPN program
- active LPN license in good standing
- preferably, one year of skilled nursing experience
- current CPR certification or ability to obtain during orientation
- making independent decisions when necessary
- competent, high-quality nursing care
- excellent customer service and a positive attitude
