Responsibilities
- Provide critical care expertise across various specialties, including Nephrology, Anesthesiology, Internal Medicine, Pulmonary, and Emergency Medicine.
- Work a flexible schedule with 4-6 shifts per month, including days, nights, and weekends.
- Support ICU teams with patient management, including exposure to MCS, CVICU, and Cardiac ICU.
- Participate in practice management, privileging, billing, and collections processes.
- Board certified or eligible in Critical Care Medicine.
- Ability to obtain Texas licensure.
- Strong interest in critical care subspecialties, especially cardiac and MCS.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
