Job Summary
As a Retail Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing outstanding customer service and driving sales. Your ability to communicate effectively, understand customer needs, and provide product recommendations will contribute to the success of the team. Responsibilities
- Must be 21 years of age or older and legally able to handle firearms.
- Process ATF electronic forms accurately.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers.
- Assist customers in finding and selecting products.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor.
- Stock shelves and merchandise products.
- Professionally answer customer inquiries.
- Learn new processes and products.
- Work schedule one Saturday or Sunday each week, from 9a-6:15p and an occasional Friday evening, from 4p or 5p -8:15p. Can offer both weekend days occasionally, if desired.
- Training schedule is Tues-Fri 4p-8:15p for the first two weeks.

Requirements
- General knowledge of firearms and firearm safety.
- Previous experience in firearm sales a plus.
- Self motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of attention to detail required.
- Ability to truly listen to our customers to determine their needs.
- Ability to multi-task, while continuing to have high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Have a professional, positive and team oriented attitude.
- Impeccable attention to detail.
- The ability to stand for long periods of time.
- The ability to occasionally lift up to 75 pounds.
