What You’ll Do
As our Lead Line Cook, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include: - Preparing and plating menu items to meet our established standards. - Leading and supporting kitchen staff during service to maintain consistency and quality. - Upholding food safety, cleanliness, and organization in the kitchen. - Assisting with prep planning, inventory management, and ordering supplies. - Fostering a positive, respectful, and team-oriented work environment.
What We’re Looking For
To succeed in this role, you’ll need: - At least 1 year of previous line cook experience (leadership experience is a plus!). - Strong organizational and communication skills. - The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. - A commitment to quality, consistency, and teamwork.
