- Assist customers in selecting tuxedos, accessories, and related formalwear items tailored to their event and personal style preferences
- Conduct fittings, ensuring proper fit, comfort, and appearance for each client
- Provide expert advice on styling options, fabric choices, and dress codes for various occasions
- Maintain detailed records of customer preferences, measurements, and purchase history to personalize future service
- Collaborate with team members to ensure inventory accuracy and timely stock replenishment
- Educate clients on proper tuxedo care and maintenance to prolong garment lifespan
- Stay informed about current fashion trends and new product offerings to provide up-to-date recommendations
- Proven experience in retail sales, fashion consulting, or formalwear fitting preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Excellent communication skills to clearly explain styling options and fit adjustments
- Ability to accurately take measurements and assess fit for diverse body types
- Knowledge of fabric types, garment construction, and care instructions for tuxedos and formalwear
- Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software is a plus
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, or peak seasons as needed
