The interested candidate should be comfortable with taking on the responsibility of designer roles during periods of high project volume.

CGK Consulting Group, Inc. is seeking motivated candidates for the role of a mechanical and plumbing drafter. Training will be given for Autodesk Revit and Autodesk AutoCAD. Ideal candidates would have experience in development of commercial HVAC and/or piping systems.
CGK Consulting Group's clients are in the commercial, laboratory, manufacturing, and hospitality sectors of construction. The immediate duties involve the design and engineering of laboratory projects. The successful candidate is required to run projects under the direction of the CAD/BIM Manager of the company in the capacity of drafting mechanical and plumbing systems for CGK Consulting Group's current clients. Clients and future projects are moving toward Revit or AutoCAD MEP 3D design formats, the candidate is to be fluent with 3D design and understand the software operation.
Requirements
• Associate Degree related to construction, engineering, or technology, or
• Currently enrolled at an applicable school/program.
• Strong English written and oral technical communication skills.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
Benefits
Job Class: Full-time, salaried exempt
Compensation: $38,000 – $50,000, performance-based bonus
