Role Description The Manufacturing Production Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Boulder, CO. This role is responsible for assembling, testing, and inspecting unmanned aircraft components and related modular systems according to engineering specifications and production standards. Day-to-day tasks include following work instructions and schematics, operating basic hand and power tools, performing quality checks, documenting production activities, and reporting issues to supervisors or engineers. The associate will help maintain a clean and organized work area, monitor inventory levels for parts and materials, and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, efficiency, and product reliability. Collaboration with engineering, logistics, and quality teams is expected to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
