Join a growing team within a global financial institution, supporting a fast-moving area of the payments business.
Responsibilities:
• Work within a risk and compliance function, partnering closely with stakeholders across the organisation, supporting the Head of Risk and Compliance.
• Provide practical guidance on regulatory requirements like UDAAP, Reg R, Reg CC, and how they apply to day-to-day activities.
• Support a mix of advisory work, oversight, and project-based initiatives.
• Get involved in new product and process developments, particularly across payments and digital areas.
Requirements:
• Experience in financial technology, preferably payments and a solid understanding of regulatory frameworks like OCC, FDIC, Reg R, UDAAP etc.
• Proven ability to translate complex regulations, turning them into advice to the business.
• Exposure to digital platforms, like payments/ digital assets.

Please note the base salary range for this role is $140k-$201k, dependent on candidate experience and skillset.
Salary : $141,000 - $201,000
