Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Law with the ability to interpret and apply statutes, regulations, and case law.
- Experience or demonstrated interest in Business Law, including employment agreements and workplace policies.
- Proficiency in providing Legal Advice, including risk assessment and practical recommendations to clients or internal teams.
- Advanced Research skills for analyzing legal issues, case precedents, and regulatory guidance.
- Effective Negotiation skills for contract terms, settlements, and client representations.
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active bar admission in Colorado.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Experience with contract drafting and review, and familiarity with legal practice management tools or remote collaboration platforms.
