What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dishwasher- EVENTS position at BLACK STAR FARMS LLC?
PURPOSE: To provide support for food service operations at Black Star Farms
PAY RATE: $16-$20/hour
CLASS: Seasonal hourly/full-time
HOURS: 40/45 hours/week, may exceed 50 hours at peak times
RESPONSIBILITY: Support kitchen operations dishwashing, cleaning, and sanitizing
REPORTING TO: Estate Chef and Sous Chefs
EXPECTATIONS
- Work closely with the kitchen supervisor and culinary team to assist with coordinating assigned back-of-the-house activities
- Assist the culinary team in dishwashing and maintaining proper cleaning supplies as it pertains to your area
- Any other duties as assigned by management
REQUIREMENTS
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Flexible schedule
- Ability to move and/or lift 50lbs safely
- Positive attitude
- Team Player
