Job Overview- Pay: $18,000.00 – $25,000.00 per year

- Grant Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of public and foundation grants, including initial submissions, re-submissions, and renewals.
- Reporting: Compile and manage interim and final reports, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Data Collection: Systematically collect relevant data across departments to build compelling narrative reports.
- Communication: Act as a liaison between the theatre and funding bodies to ensure compliance and maintain positive relationships.
- Documentation: Maintain organized digital records of all applications, contracts, and reporting requirements.
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years in grants administration or arts administration.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in a related field is preferred.
- Technical Skills: High proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is mandatory for data tracking and report formatting.
- Expertise: Deep knowledge of NYC City, NY State, and private foundation grant-writing processes.
