Job Summary

We’re looking for an energetic and dependable Showroom Sales Representative to help drive sales and deliver an exceptional customer experience in The Round Up, our Western apparel and lifestyle showroom. This role focuses on building relationships, understanding customer needs, and presenting quality Western apparel and accessories. This includes jeans, shirts, outerwear, hats, belts, and other Western lifestyle products.

The right person enjoys working with people, takes initiative, and is comfortable working toward sales goals while helping customers find products that fit their work, lifestyle, and personal style.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a cash register and process customer transactions accurately.
• Seek out and develop new sales opportunities within the showroom.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with both new and returning customers.
• Assist customers in selecting Western apparel and accessories based on fit, function, style, and intended use.
• Showcase products and explain features such as materials, construction, durability, fit, and performance in a clear and engaging way.
• Help customers build complete outfits by recommending complementary apparel and accessories.
• Work toward and consistently meet individual and team sales goals.
• Stay informed on Western apparel trends, seasonal products, new releases, and competitor activity.
• Guide customers through the full sales process, from initial engagement to final purchase.
• Assist with visual merchandising, product displays, and showroom organization.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor.
• Assist with inventory management, product replenishment, and accurate merchandise placement.
• Collaborate with leadership and marketing on promotions, new product launches, events, and seasonal transitions.
• Step in to support other departments or responsibilities as business needs shift.
  
  

Qualifications

• Full-time availability, working Sunday through Thursday.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-driven with a results-oriented mindset.
• Comfortable recommending products, upselling, and closing sales.
• Knowledge of Western apparel, workwear, or Western lifestyle products preferred.
• Interest in Western lifestyle, ranching, agriculture, rodeo, or related activities is a plus.
• Ability to learn and communicate differences between brands, materials, fits, and product applications.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
• Adaptable and willing to take on different tasks or roles when needed.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs as needed.
