Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Mechanic role based in Fayetteville, NC. The Mechanic will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining automotive and heavy equipment systems. Daily tasks include conducting maintenance and preventive maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and performing repair services to ensure vehicles and equipment are in optimal working condition. The Mechanic will work alongside a skilled team, focusing on delivering exceptional service to customers and ensuring safety and efficiency in all tasks.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, and Maintenance & Repair practices.
- Experience working with and repairing Heavy Equipment.
- Strong Troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve mechanical and technical issues effectively.
- A strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety and quality in all tasks.
- Relevant certifications or experience as an automotive mechanic, technician, or similar field is a plus.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with colleagues and interact with customers.
