Manufactured Housing Installer Helper

Black's Home Sales, Inc. is seeking a member for their manufactured home installation team to provide excellent customer service. Qualifications are as follows:

• Ability to work at heights up to 15' as well as the ability to work under home to install support material.
• Ability to install vinyl siding and skirting, roof shingles, and other installation supplies as needed.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Able to communicate effectively with a wide variety of groups: company management and employees, vendors, manufacturers, and customers.
• Must be able to solve problems as they arise, guided by company procedures and practices.
• Ability to read work orders and communicate effectively in writing.
• Must be neat and clean on the job site and do their own cleanup.
• Must be honest and trustworthy. Must have an acceptable driving record and pass a drug test.
• Must represent company in a professional manner.
• Must have knowledge of applicable building codes.
• Ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of industry experience.
• Experience/knowledge of other facets of construction (carpentry, electrical, etc.) a plus.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Good knowledge of English
• Good understanding of basic math

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
