🎯 Digital Marketing Strategist / Social Media Manager (Unpaid/Commission-Based Startup Role)

We’re not just launching artists, we’re building legacies, shifting culture, and creating universes. And now, we’re expanding our founding team.

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Strategist / Social Media Manager with hustle, innovation, and the ability to craft viral moments, convert clicks to fans, and build community across platforms. If you’re obsessed with analytics, love riding cultural waves, and want to be part of a bold movement, this is your shot.

🚀 What You’ll Do:

• Strategize, schedule, and manage daily content across IG, TikTok, YouTube, Threads, Twitter/X, and emerging platforms

• Collaborate with CMO & creative leads on campaigns for music releases, fashion drops, event rollouts, and animated series

• Manage affiliate links, track creator/influencer collabs, and optimize engagement

• Identify trends, memes, sounds, and opportunities that align with our alt-goth, urban pop, and supernatural brand energy

• Assist with press releases, brand storytelling, and boosting community engagement through Discord, Telegram, and more

• Help shape the voice of the label, this role grows as we grow

💼 Compensation:

This is an unpaid/commission-based startup role during the launch phase.

✅ Affiliate links to earn 10% commission on all sales from:

• Agency services

• Kriminal Popstar fashion line

✅ Option to earn 5% royalties if you help design or lead campaigns with direct impact

✅ Opportunity for promotion into paid role as we scale through investors, merch, content monetization, and distro deals

👀 Who You Are:

• Passionate about music, fashion, storytelling, and the culture

• Comfortable working with both SFW and NSFW branding strategies (respectfully and professionally)

• Self-motivated, accountable, creative af, and digitally fluent

• Experience in Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, or similar tools is a plus

• Gen Z or fluent in Gen Z culture? Even better
