Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager Applications Operations with a strong background in Banking / FinTech and end-to-end Merger & Acquisition (M&A) programs. This role requires hands-on experience managing full lifecycle M&A initiatives (pre, during, and post-merger integration) along with large-scale application and business transformation projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project and program management for application and change initiatives
- Drive full-cycle M&A programs including planning, integration, and execution
- Develop and manage project plans (scope, timelines, resources, deliverables)
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and quality standards
- Communicate effectively with:
- Senior leadership
- Cross-functional teams
- External stakeholders
- Manage project teams, ensuring proper resource allocation and skill alignment
- Track and control project budgets and financials
- Provide regular status reports and executive updates
- Identify and manage:
- Risks
- Assumptions
- Issues
- Dependencies (RAID)
- Lead change management activities:
- Training
- Communication
- Adoption strategies
Must-Have Skills
- Strong experience in Project & Program Management
- Proven expertise in full lifecycle M&A (Merger & Acquisition) within Banking / FinTech domain
- Experience managing application operations / transformation projects
- Excellent stakeholder management & communication skills
- Strong knowledge of risk management, budgeting, and delivery governance
Domain Requirement (Mandatory)
- Recent and previous experience with:
- Banking / Financial Services / FinTech clients
- Hands-on involvement in end-to-end M&A programs (NOT limited to only pre or post phases)
