Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our growing team specializing in custom cabinetry and custom fabrication solutions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, managing projects from concept to completion, and helping clients bring their vision to life.
The ideal candidate has experience in sales, construction, interior design, millwork, cabinetry, or fabrication industries and thrives in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities- Generate and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and lead follow-up
- Meet with residential and commercial clients to discuss project needs and design goals
- Prepare estimates, proposals, and sales presentations for custom cabinetry and fabrication projects
- Coordinate with design, production, and installation teams to ensure project accuracy and customer satisfaction
- Maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, designers, architects, and homeowners
- Conduct site visits and take field measurements as needed
- Track leads, sales activity, and project progress within CRM systems
- Stay informed on industry trends, materials, finishes, and fabrication techniques
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
- Previous experience in sales, cabinetry, woodworking, millwork, fabrication, construction, or related industries preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to read blueprints, drawings, or design plans is a plus
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Experience with kitchen and bath design software is a bonus
