Overview
Black Pearl is a chef-driven fine dining Japanese-Italian fusion concept seeking a hands-on General Manager to lead daily operations, elevate service standards, and drive team performance and profitability.
Responsibilities
- Lead floor operations and deliver exceptional guest experience every service.
- Hire, train, schedule, and manage FOH team; run effective pre-shifts and training.
- Own SOPs, opening/closing procedures, service flow, and guest recovery.
- Manage reservations/pacing to maximize covers and protect the guest journey.
- Control labor, comps/voids, and operational costs; track key performance metrics.
- Partner with Chef/Kitchen to ensure timing, communication, and execution.
Requirements
- 3–7 years leadership in upscale/fine dining; 2 years as GM/AGM preferred.
- Strong service standards, team leadership, and accountability.
- Comfortable with POS/reservation systems and basic reporting.
- Nights/weekends/holidays availability.
