What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Administrator position at Black Pearl Resorts?
Black Pearl Resorts is seeking a friendly, organized, and service-oriented Front Desk Administrator to support operations at Fox Bluff RV Resort and Fox Creek RV Resort for the 2026 season. This seasonal position runs from April through October and plays an important role in creating a welcoming and memorable experience for our resort guests.
As one of the first points of contact for guests, the Front Desk Administrator helps ensure smooth arrivals, efficient operations, and exceptional customer service across both resort properties.
Responsibilities include:
- Greet current and prospective resort guests in a professional, cheerful, and welcoming manner
- Assist with guest check-in and check-out to ensure a smooth and seamless experience
- Answer guest questions and provide information about resort amenities, policies, and local attractions
- Manage reservations and assist guests booking stays via phone, email, and in person
- Respond to general inquiries about the resorts and seasonal site availability
- Use the reservation system to create, modify, and manage guest reservations and account information
- Provide excellent customer service while resolving guest concerns using effective conflict-resolution skills
- Assist with organizing and coordinating resort events and activities as needed
- Help direct and park arriving guests at their sites when needed
- Process guest payments and deposits
- Conduct site inspections to support check-ins, check-outs, and overall site readiness
Ideal candidates will:
- Be personable, professional, and customer-focused
- Have strong communication and organizational skills
- Be comfortable interacting with guests in person, over the phone, and via email
- Be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Enjoy working both indoors at the front desk and outdoors assisting guests throughout the property
- Be available to work weekends and holidays during the season
This is a seasonal position running April through October with the opportunity to be part of the growing Black Pearl Resorts team.
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
